They are beautiful! I took a picture of a St. Elizabeth Seton card that I have. I am not Catholic, although most of my extended family is. My mom had me baptized into a mainline Protestant church when I was five (by sprinkling, delayed because she wanted me to have memory of it.) But when she was hoping to have a child (after many years of waiting), her Catholic friend gave her a St. Elizabeth Seton medal and told her to talk to her since she was newly canonized. I still have the medal on a necklace. The card was recently returned to me (found in an old box of my books at my parents' home) just as I have been seriously considering the Catholic church.
I've never seen one like it before either Kim. I was curious if there are others, so I googled. It turns out that the largest monstrance, I think it's 9 ft. across, is one of the Blessed Mother and she's on top of the Ark of the Covenant. I'm guessing that that's the lower portion in my avatar. I didn't realize that at first. It does make sense as the Blessed Mother is the Ark of the New Covenant. : )
Here's a link for the huge monstrance if anyone's interested: http://www.google.com/search?q=photo+of+world%27s+largest+monstrance+saint+stanislaus+kostka+church&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

This is a photo from the Papal Mass in New York City in April, 2008. I didn't get great pictures, as we were seated pretty far away, but we were so excited to be there!
